I am going on record saying I'd rather have Wall. Wall is going to TURN HEADS this year. Get him in any league you can!

Any other opinions? Not only do I worry about Paul's health long-term, I just think that highly of Wall.

I agree 100%, Wall is on the verge of breaking out in a big way. As much as I like Paul, his long term health worries me.

I can't wait for his first game. He is going to be this year's Derrick Rose, I can't say it eough. Hammer and I agree 100 percent on this one.

What do you guys think now after the first week of games on j Wall? Still as excited? I've only seen box scores, no film.  I did draft him and I'd like a little more analysis. IMO to match Rose would be a lofty goal. Maybe not for personal talent level, but surrounding talent level it would be hard for wall to match those fantasy numbers.

Through 5 games…..1.6 blks, 2 steals, 6.8 ast, 4.2 rebs

He's struggling with his shot and once that improves, which it will over time, his FG% will rise which would improve his overall scoring. In a lot of ways he is so similar to Derrick Rose. When Rose first broke into the league he had the same problems with his shot and was virtually non-existent from the three point line, just like Wall has been. If you get a chance to watch Wall you will see the talent is no doubt there, you may be right about his surrounding talent but that shouldn't effect him too negatively. In a keeper/dynasty league I am still very high on Wall for the long term, he may struggle early on this season especially with his FG percentage but that should improve as the season moves forward. Smitty said it before he may still be a year away and I have to agree, he probably is. He most likely won't reach his peak this year but he still will put up great numbers and when he reaches his peak I think he will in fact be putting up numbers similar to Rose.
