I may be the minority but I would take Gallinari over Gay. Last year was Gay's best year and Gallinari's stats this year are very comparable to Gay's 2010-2011 averages. Gay may turn it around but he may not, only a crystal ball would tell us that, however, I think there is a better chance that Gallinari will keep up or increase his numbers as the season progresses then there is that Gay will turn things around. I'm not saying choosing Gay is a bad option but the percentages point to taking Gallinari in my opinion.

Maybe you can land Gallinari for something cheaper then Rudy Gay, it's worth a try. I still some people undervaluing Gallinari this year in some leagues, so if thats the case try to take advantage. Another possibility is that you can offer Gay and one of your PG's for Gallinari and a slight upgrade at PG, just as an example. Come up with some idea's and post them on this forum so all of us can give you some input. As far as your PF spot, I really like Monroe especially at his average draft position this year. I'm not a big fan of Hickson and Scola, but I'm sure someone will be willing to buy Scola since he's coming off a decent game last night where he scored 20pts. It's almost impossible to tell you what trade offers to send out without knowing your leagues teams and owners. For example I feel that nobody is "Untradeable" and what I mean is that I usually take my best player that everyone is interested in and I start shopping him around, which in your case is Carmelo. Now Carmelo is going to continue to have a ridiculously good year in my opinion so I'm not saying get rid of him for anything under his value, I just think if you can get someone to OVERPAY then that would only improve your team. A lot of people's eyes light up when they see another owner has offered them a stud like Carmelo and they accept the deal without putting much though into it. That is one way to improve your team and has worked for me in the past. Your PG's are very solid, I do like Wall but more so in Keeper/Dynasty leagues. His Ceiling is very high but he could be a year away. Calderon and Jack have been playing outstanding averaging 8-9 assist per game each. If anything at all you could improve your bigs, I think Marc Gasol and Monroe are very good but like you said after that things are a bit shaky. Overall you have a good team but as in any league if you keep aggressive by offering out trades you will get someone to make a mistake, good luck!

That would be a steal if the Cousins owner accepts, but probably a bad time to make an offer for Cousins since he's coming off that monster game. Gallinari and Augustine for Gay is an excellent offer! If two teams want Gay, make it clear that your gonna trade him and see if you can get them to bid against each other, just a thought.
