There is no need to try to catch the guy in first at this point,  this is the first week and your team looks very good. Be patient! As for Ray Allen, the main reason why he's putting up  such great numbers is because Paul Pierce is out. I f I owned Allen, I would be looking to sell him high right now too. I'm not saying Allen isn't a good player but be careful not to give too much for anyone. If your interested in making trades, look for the guys that are struggling and there is a bunch of them getting off to a slow start, this is mostly caused by the shortened preseason and lack of practice time. Look at a guy like Kevin Martin for example, he's off to a terrible start but it won't last, so try to buy guys low not when they are on a hot streak.

A lot of owners panic if their guy struggles, however, that's when I just sit on them and wait until they break out of their slump unless a good offer comes my way of course. I look to sell the guys when they are "Hot" so you can get someone to overpay for them. If you have any specific questions on trades, post them and we'll do our best to help you out.

I agree with Smitty, not a big fan of Roto. In Roto guys like Wright have much more value then they normally would. Ryan Anderson was a very good pickup, who hits a ton of three's. Concerning the Norris Cole add, I really don't see him contributing that much this year, not on that team. I would rather have Irving than Cole.

Without knowing all the particulars, I would take the Dirk trade!
